High-end condo prices fall

It’s about time . . .

Eric Pryne’s recent post in the Seattle Times – “Bellevue Towers, other new condo projects cutting prices”

I think the housing market has been way over-inflated for many years already and feel it’s about time some of these places – that are largely vacant – reduce their prices. I’m sure they’ll never fall to where they really should be, but it’s a start anyway.
